Where is my data stored? On your device only. There is no account. Use Settings → Backup to export a file and restore it on a new phone.
How do I cancel My Stash Plus? Open the Settings app on iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → My Stash Plus → Cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
AI features say the server is unavailable. Check your internet connection and that My Stash Plus is active in Settings → AI features. Daily usage is limited; the limit resets at midnight UTC.
Face ID lock doesn't work. Make sure Face ID is set up in iPhone Settings and My Stash has permission (Settings → My Stash → Face ID).
